I work with individuals and couples to overcome anxiety and depression, trauma and attachment wounds, and negative beliefs about the self, among a variety of other concerns.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is an evidence-based approach to treat a variety of clinical problems, from complex trauma to concerns with self-esteem and relationship stress. We can target critical self-talk and develop mindfulness skills in your journey toward contentment.
