Whether you’re navigating patterns like people-pleasing, emotional numbing, self-criticism, or anxiety, I offer a space for relief and lasting transformation. I’m a trauma-informed, relational, and somatic therapist who supports individuals and partners in healing from complex trauma, attachment wounds, and the effects of chronic stress or relational harm. My work focuses on helping clients reconnect with themselves and others in more authentic, grounded, and empowered ways. I’m a Certified EMDR Therapist and integrate somatic, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches to support the body’s healing and nervous system regulation.

Because relationships shape so much of our emotional world, I draw heavily from an attachment and culturally informed lens. I believe nourishing connection is at the heart of healing and well-being. At the same time, past experiences can leave us feeling stuck in painful relational cycles and unsure how to trust or feel safe.
