I work with children and adults on life transitions, anxiety, stress, neurodiversity, depression, self-acceptance, parenting, and trauma. In therapy, we can focus on your strengths and emotions to empower you to make lasting changes. We can explore how your challenges have shaped you and work collaboratively to set boundaries, increase compassion, and gain awareness. I strive to present myself authentically to create a safe and inclusive environment.

I am trained in Brainspotting, and I'm on a continuous journey to become a trauma-informed clinician. I use a person-centered approach, which incorporates attachment theory and psychodynamic therapy, because I believe that everyone needs a holistic understanding to facilitate growth and wellness. I also incorporate child-centered play therapy with kids.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship can provide safety for one to gain awareness of thought patterns and emotions that we are often taught to ignore. I hope to provide a place for people to feel validated, heard, and accepted.
