I count it a privilege to walk alongside clients through the current chapter in their lives. Using a narrative-therapy inspired approach, I enjoy seeing the client's life as a story full of chapters characterized by core beliefs, impactful experiences, and reverberating emotions. My goal is to identify the current chapter of life you are in and how you might want to shift and change the current narrative towards greater health and healing.
I enjoy using experiential and creative approaches, and I am grateful for clients that want to actively engage in the therapeutic process inside and outside of the office. Therapy can feel daunting, so my goal is to create a space that feels conversational, engaging, and is a soft place to land each week where you pause to reflect on your journey.
