My mission is to assist a wide variety of clients in working through issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, self esteem issues, and general life stressors in order to allow clients to examine and explore ways in which to live their best lives. My services include working with individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety and stress management, depression, grief counseling, self esteem and assertiveness training, working with children and adolescents struggling with interpersonal stress and behavioral issues.
I provide a warm atmosphere and empathetic atmosphere in which clients and I will collaborate to discuss, process, and explore their presenting issue in order to best determine a treatment plan that best suits the client. I believe that while issues discussed cause distress and are serious in nature, a therapy session does not have to feel this way.
