Many of my clients appear to have it together on the outside while internally struggling with stress, trauma, addiction, relationship conflict, or patterns that leave them feeling stuck and disconnected. I work with individuals and couples seeking meaningful change and healthier ways of coping, communicating, and connecting. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Together, we build insight, improve emotional regulation, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools that help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and confident moving forward.
