As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, my passion is in collaborating with clients to help strengthen their personal strategies and to find a life worth living. I believe that with the right tools and motivation, my clients are able to manage the difficulties that life has given them. Clients learn to trust themselves and develop ways to learn coping skills and increase their sense of self-worth through continued practice in our sessions. I love working to heal trauma and help create stable identities within my clients, so they can create a life worth living for themselves.
I specialize working with personality disorders, complex trauma, and the dissociation that often comes along with these difficulties. My belief is that every client I work with can heal and find stability with time and effort. With practice of skills comes progress. In my practice, I utilize an integrative approach, and holistic, person oriented theories.
The idea to go into psychology was sparked by my own experiences with depression, grief, interpersonal conflicts, and trauma. In college, I went to a therapist and learned to cope with the challenges that I had been facing since my adolescence. As a result, I was enamored with learning about how the mind works and why people behave the way they do.

Single Women's Dating Group
Dating post-Covid and in our modern world has become increasingly challenging for women. Many of my female clients complain the men they go on dates with aren't serious, don't like them, or are poor communicators. Sometimes they don't even know where to look, who to look for or what is good for them. This is a group for women ages 29-43.

Ongoing DBT Skills Group
Starting in November 2024, a full fledged DBT group that will be ongoing and move through all of the DBT modules. New members can join at the start of new modules and continue the group even after graduation for ongoing support and practice. This group will teach skills to tolerate distress in daily life, regulate emotions, interpersonal communication skills, and overall mindfulness strategies.
