I am a child, adolescent, and adult counselor. I specialize in treating individuals who are dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, loss and life transitions. My expertise is working with individuals who have experienced trauma, in particular sexual, physical and emotional abuse.
As a play therapist and adolescent counselor I value parent's involvement in the therapeutic process and enjoy creating a strong relationship with the parent and child. I incorporate experiential modalities, such as expressive art techniques, sand tray, and guided imagery in my practice.
