I am honored that you are here. Within our therapeutic relationship, my goal is to make you feel supported and accepted as I walk beside you during your time in therapy. As you are empowered to make decisions for your life, I am right beside you, cheering you on. I am a trauma treatment certified Licensed Master Social Worker and provide psychotherapy to clients through an anti-oppressive and body liberated framework. My approach is client-focused and centered on voices of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences.
My clinical interests lie in fostering a connection between the mind and body, as well as recognizing how external systems inform your personal experiences. I can assist you in processing circumstances that have made you feel disconnected or unsafe in your body and provide tools to manage these symptoms in everyday life.
Every person deserves to feel like their body is home and not a battleground. Every person deserves to share their stories and be affirmed as they are without changing one single thing.
