Therapy is a joint venture where you as the client will be in control of what you want to work on and change. My role as your therapist will be to listen, facilitate our session and support changes you want to make. My approach to therapy is authentic and purposeful to help you feel heard, increase self-awareness and discover what you need to change and move forward.

This may include (but is not limited to) grief & loss, trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, identity crisis, depression, parenthood, marriage, family issues, and transitions with school, career, identity or family.
