My personal style/approach as a therapist can be described as: perceptive, intentional, encouraging, attuned, directive (if wanted/needed), and above all else, human. I'm genuinely curious about my clients, and what makes them who they are. My hope is that you are equally as curious about yourself, and together we can create change that feels real, not temporary.
I'm incredibly honored to have been doing this work for 8+ years, and to have experience in various areas including: anxiety, depression, emotional/nervous system dysregulation, life transitions, low self esteem, neurodivergence, OCD, relational issues, trauma, work/school-related stress, women’s issues, and many others.
Therapy is both an art & a science, & I strive to achieve a balance of both within the therapy room. To explain, I prioritize use of evidence-based techniques, but also recognize that often times the best avenue for healing is real human connection, and having a supportive witness to your story.
