I offer counseling for children 4 and up and teens, with a special focus on neurodivergent kids, creating a warm space where they can express emotions, build confidence, and feel truly understood.

With kids & tweens, I use Child-Centered Play Therapy and therapeutic activities to support emotional growth and self-expression. With teens & adults, I blend talk therapy with creative tools like art, mindfulness, and sand tray therapy.
