I believe one of the bravest things a person can do is begin to understand their story. I am dedicated to helping people unhook from unhelpful cycles of thinking and behaving by collaboratively exploring and seeking to understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can influence one another.
My goal is to help you become self-aware, obtain knowledge about any barriers that might be in your way of achieving your goals and develop skills to address them, and to help you cope with or eliminate internal blocks.
