I have over twenty-five years of experience in the mental health field, and more than twelve years as a licensed professional counselor. I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of Virginia and Georgia. I am also a National Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors. I have worked with adults, children, and families in private to non-profit settings, specializing in clientele dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma. My therapeutic approach involves modalities such as CBT, EMDR, and Positive Psychology.
I have a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and for the uniqueness of the human race. I have travelled abroad extensively and have worked with patients from the Americas, Asia, and Africa.
