I collaborate with adolescent and adult clients of many different backgrounds to identify their strengths and build confidence, to help them connect more deeply with themselves and with others.

I meet you where you're at and tailor my approach accordingly, incorporating mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and existential therapy as appropriate to address your needs. Some tools I like to use include roleplays, meditation exercises, and worksheets.
