I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, couples, families, & adults. I have a passion for working with client’s who are struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, addictions, anger management, self harm, anxiety, & depression. I join my clients in their day to day struggles, helping them to regain their sense of self while grieving the loss of who they once were. I also help clients to learn to trust their own judgement again so that together we can move through the healing process, primarily by helping clients get set up with all the resources they need to live a happy and healthy life that they can enjoy.
I want all of my clients to feel comfortable. I focus on a person-centered approach to best support my client’s and their needs. I provide a safe space and create an environment which includes inclusive support and acceptance. Together we work on identifying and targeting the root causes of your concern to build a workable foundation for growth.
