I work with adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families, and I am passionate about supporting clients navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, addiction, self-harm, OCD, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to walk alongside clients through their day-to-day challenges, helping them reconnect with their sense of self and gently grieve the versions of themselves they may have lost along the way. I am certified in DBT and draw from a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including ACT and CBT. My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual, allowing me to meet clients where they are.
I strive to help clients rebuild trust in their own judgment and inner wisdom, and I prioritize equipping them with the tools and resources needed to lead fulfilling, healthy lives. My work is grounded in a person-centered, trauma-informed framework that focuses on creating lasting, meaningful change.
