Hi! Have you ever been told you’re “too much,” “too weird,” or “too intense?” I specialize in therapy for the beautifully weird. I gravitate towards helping neurodivergent adults, teens, and the people who love them: gamers, nerds, TTRPG enthusiasts, creatives, professionals, and lifelong outsiders who are tired of feeling like they’re “doing life wrong.” Together, we’ll work with your brain instead of against it, strengthen your relationships, and build practical strategies that benefit your life. Sometimes, I give life lessons in the form of obscure movie quotes, nerdy references, or Dungeons and Dragons lore!
I help people better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and build lives that feel meaningful. I offer EMDR, sand tray therapy, couples counseling, and existential therapy, tailoring each approach to the individual, not the diagnosis. Therapy should fit you, not the other way around! I aim to make therapy an enjoyable experience for everyone!
