Hi, I'm an early career therapist who specializes in neurodivergent folks and those who love them! Neurodivergence comes with unique challenges, but also some awesome strengths. I help those with ADHD and ASD learn to swim with the current, and stop swimming against it. I also help spouses, parents, and siblings of neurodivergent people improve communication and strengthen those relationships. I use several therapy methods to help create a cohesive relationship where everyone feels respected and heard. I'm looking for people who are struggling with neurodivergence and want to realign themselves in a positive way!
I create unique treatment plans for unique people! With a background in existentialism, I want to help you find meaning in life. We will focus on your strengths to create goals for change that feel attainable. Together, we will take a positive approach to your challenges and give you the tools to make powerful changes in your life.
