My ideal client is someone age 16 and older — a teen, adult, couple, or family — who is seeking a safe, collaborative space to work through challenges in life and relationships. They may be carrying trauma, specifically childhood trauma, unresolved pain, or unacknowledged parts of themselves that have been hidden, shamed, or invalidated. Often, they are looking for relief from the weight of past experiences, the stress of current struggles, or the fear of repeating unhealthy patterns.
My specialties include trauma work, relationship dynamics, and emotional regulation, using modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Attachment, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and body/brain connection. I also can provide career coaching through offering DISC assessments. I am also an EMDR Consultant- in training and can provide consultation if desired
