Therapy is not meant to be forever, I believe in true healing so you can go live your life and be happy. In childhood, we rely on our parents to meet our needs. This does not just include having a warm bed and food on the table, this also means being emotionally supported and valued. If we do not get these things and instead get harsh criticism, physical abuse, sexual abuse, etc, then we often grow up and have difficulties with relationships. We may choose partners who are unhealthy for us and hurt us or may fall victim to narcissism. We have low self-esteem/self sabotage. Oftentimes, we struggle with uncomfortable body sensations.

Through therapy, we work on healing from childhood trauma and narcissistic abuse. This oftentimes looks at healing the weight of trauma and allowing yourself to feel free. Free from the pain & hurt. You are able to live a life that was beyond something you have ever dreamed. We often will utilize EMDR therapy, polyvagal to regulate the nervous system.

I am a minority and a part of the LGBTQ+ community. I am also a survivor of child abuse and a toxic relationship. This is the reason why this work is so important to me, because I know what true healing can lead to. You deserve to heal and thrive. Let me help you get there.
