I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I recognize that there are generational, environmental, social, and cultural factors that impact our day-to-day lives and decisions and believe it's important to consider these factors throughout the therapeutic process. I also help clients develop healthier, more effective coping skills. Together, we'll work to deepen your self awareness and build on what is good, strong, and true about yourself.
