In our work together, we'll focus on lessening distress related to traumatic material, exploring and developing meaning from your personal narrative, and building tolerance for anxiety-provoking situations. This may feel like an intimidating process. In our work together you'll experience validation and non-judgment, fostering real and impactful change..
I take care to honor each client’s personal experience and collaborate throughout the therapeutic process. I utilize a combination of approaches unique to each client’s needs, including but not limited to art therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and ERP.
