Hi, I’m Mackenzie! I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, and life transitions. Many of the clients I support feel overwhelmed or exhausted from trying to hold everything together on their own. Whether you’re struggling with past experiences, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or the pressure to “have it all figured out,” therapy can be a space where you finally feel seen and supported.

My approach integrates EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help clients process painful experiences, deepen self-understanding, and build confidence and self-trust. Together, we approach anxious or overwhelmed parts of you with curiosity and compassion.
