Welcome! I'm glad you are here. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, low self-esteem, shame/guilt, relational conflict, and stress in adults and teens. I work from an individualized, multicultural, client-centered perspective. I am passionate about providing affirming therapy to our 2SLGBTQI+ community and allies, as well as working with secular clients with religious trauma.
I pull from evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
