I’m highly experienced in working with children, adolescents, and families, but recently, I’ve expanded my focus to adults—and I’m loving every moment of it! I have been told that I speak fluent "kid", but enjoy the complexities of working with adults who were wounded as a child.

I have the honor of holding hope for my clients, especially in the darkest of times. I utilize an integrative approach- combining concepts from evidence-based models to best fit the client. Concepts and techniques of Attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing, & creative techniques.
