Young adulthood is a time of transition, decision, and growth that can often feel stressful. I specialize in working with young adults and college students, particularly pertaining to stress management, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal problems. I have experience in outpatient clinics and in educational settings spanning from elementary school through college that has prepared me to work with a diverse range of people and concerns.
My style is warm, engaging, and curious. I will encourage you to challenge your thinking patterns, and explore your feelings and motivations, in a compassionate and collaborative environment. I draw from evidence-based treatments, and sessions often involve building skills and insight to better manage your concerns.
Feel free to reach out if you’d like more information about working together. I am happy to offer free 15-minute phone consultations to determine whether it might be a good fit.
