Welcome, I'm so glad you're here. As a therapist, I strive to be a compassionate and affirming presence dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. With specialized experience working with survivors of domestic violence, children/teens, neurodivergent individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, I approach therapy through an intersectional and culturally responsive lens.

For children, I offer child-centered play therapy to help them express themselves, process emotions, and build coping skills in developmentally appropriate ways. With adult clients, I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches from a trauma-informed lense to foster resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change.

Grounded in values of inclusivity, empowerment, and collaboration, I strive to honor each client’s unique story and identity. Whether supporting individuals, families, or children, I is committed to helping clients navigate challenges, build inner strength, and move toward greater wellbeing.
