About
Please Note: I am only accepting new clients for Ketamine-Assisted Therapy or EMDR Intensives at this time. Do you want to try something beyond traditional talk therapy? You realize that your past is still affecting you but don’t really know what to do about it. The anxiety, sadness, anger, or guilt can feel overwhelming, and you don't even always know where they're coming from or why. You really just want to sleep better, stop having panic attacks, have more self-confidence, work through past trauma, and feel better overall. If you relate to any of this, you’re in the right place!
After 10 years of treating trauma and anxiety, I have found holistic methods like EMDR, yoga/meditation, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy can help you figure out the root causes of why you're feeling this way, how to find more peace in your life, and make lasting changes. ALL of my services can be done in-person or remote (anywhere in CA!).
Seeing a new therapist, or a therapist for the first time ever, can feel nerve-wracking. I work with a lot of "therapy beginners" and we will move at a pace that feels right for you. Please reach out with any questions. I would be honored to be a part of your healing process. (Not interested in months of therapy? Ask me about EMDR Intensives!)
