With training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I'm equipped to help you process past traumas and foster healing. In addition to my individual therapy expertise, I also have experience in family therapy and crisis intervention.
My approach is marked by authenticity, honesty, and a strong focus on building rapport with my clients. I thrive on engagement and often use humor to create a comfortable, therapeutic environment. Identifying coping skills and triggers just scratch the surface; I believe in going beyond to tackle rooted barriers that hinder growth.
