I often work with adults and teens are experiencing complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, mania, neurodivergence, problematic substance use, maintain long term recovery, difficulty with anger, relational problems, women's issues, and low self-esteem.
I have worked with individuals who experienced trauma and addiction, utilizing EMDR. I enjoy working with families of addiction to identify their strengths, areas for growth, and learn new skills for a more cohesive family. I work use other modalities if EMDR doesn't seem like the right fit for you.
