I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and life’s hardest moments. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and parts work inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS).
During our first session, you can expect a laid-back meeting. No pressure, just getting to know one another and moving through your initial intake. We'll talk about what sessions will look like, privacy information, and safety.
I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards healing and well-being. Through the integration of traditional therapeutic approaches with alternative healing practices, my hope is to empower clients to heal on all levels and live their lives to the fullest.
