About
We all struggle at some point. We all feel as though we aren't achieving our goals. We all goes through the motions of day to day life at some point thinking "something has to change". One of the best (and hardest) things someone can do is recognize when they need a little extra support, and it seems as though you've reached that point. And that is okay!! What a wonderful step you are taking to regain control of your life, relationship, or overall well-being. You have the answers to your problems, we just have to dig and work a little to get you that point of realization.
I will provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space to work through whatever you feel is important as we set collaborative goals and action steps in order for you to begin to live the life you want. On top of really working to connect with clients, I use evidenced based modalities (EMDR/DBT/TBRI) as well.
Therapy is the most effective when the therapist and client connect with one another. I know that this process isn't always easy. However, I truly believe that if someone is met with empathy and understanding, they are able to put themselves on track to feel better in their lives. Reach out to see if I get to be that clinician for you!
