When life's challenges knock us down, we can be left feeling hopeless and stuck. There is another option - the path to personal growth, healing, and deeper meaning. I am passionate about helping my clients navigate this path while managing depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, relationship issues, and other life challenges. My approach to therapy includes instilling hope while identifying unhealthy thought patterns, habits, and beliefs. I help my clients develop healthier coping and communication skills, reach goals, and find ways to create new meaning in their lives. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families!
I re-entered the mental health field after earning a psychology degree in 2002, working several years in another profession, and raising a family. I have a master's degrees in Marriage & Family Therapy and one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I also work at a residential addiction treatment center. I work with individuals, couples, and families!
