What is it like to be you? My approach lies in creating a meaningful and authentic relationship with my client where there is security and openness to fully explore areas of difficulty, pain, joy, and growth. Together, we can address concerns surrounding anxiety and mood, coping approaches, identity and self-worth, disconnection, and transition/loss that may be impacting wellbeing. I aim to help others cultivate a greater understanding of and compassion for themselves, increase the ability to make choices and try new ways of being, and make changes that reflect core values and aspirations.
My approach focuses on shifting current patterns, identifying the systemic and environmental factors that influence your sense of security, and cultivating deeper emotional awareness and present-moment connection. I draw primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and relational approaches. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention.
I offer psychotherapy to adults and teens. I most frequently work with clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, and relationship and family issues. I frequently work with folks who are part of the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. I offer a free phone consultation to determine if we may be a good fit in working together.
