I’m passionate about working with the queer community and supporting folx as they explore identity, heal attachment and childhood wounds, and move through major life transitions.
I work with teens and adults (13+), and I also support couples in building more understanding, care, and connection through an attachment-focused lens. Much of my work centers LGBTQ+ experiences, including coming out later in life, exploring gender, navigating relationships, and processing religious trauma.
As a non-binary therapist, I understand how powerful it can be to feel seen and safe. I’m committed to creating a space that is compassionate, affirming, and non-judgmental— where messiness is welcome and growth happens at your pace.
