Hi, I’m Macie—and I believe that healing begins when we feel safe enough to be seen and heard just as we are. In my work as a therapist, I offer a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. You can come exactly as you are—messy, uncertain, overwhelmed—and together we’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will help you listen to the part of you that already knows. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in a daycare and found so much meaning in supporting parents and tuning into what people need.
That deep desire to connect, to understand, and to walk alongside people through life’s challenges has never left me. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and real. I’m down-to-earth and light-hearted, and I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth.
I love working with teen girls and young women navigating self-esteem, relationships, and family struggles. I also have a soft spot for moms—especially those adjusting to motherhood and working to break generational cycles. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, EFT, and attachment work, all grounded in the belief that you are already enough.
