I am passionate about helping kids, teenagers and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, chronic illness and trauma to feel unstuck and more in control, through a personalized and collaborative approach to therapy
I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have personal experience in living with a chronic illness and being a competitive athlete. My training and personal experience helps aid me in being able to relate with the challenges and stress that comes with living with a chronic illness and being a competitive athlete.
