I enjoy working with individuals who are wanting to reconnect to themselves and live more authentically. Stress and trauma can lead to a disconnect from our authentic self and lead to unwanted automatic behaviors such as people-pleasing, tendency for perfectionism, and denying one’s own needs. It is my passion to help clients feel like someone can understand and to help them reconnect with their own selves again to live more authentically. My experience includes the following: depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, substance and behavioral addictions, life transitions, and identity development and change.
I strive to create a warm, authentic, and empathetic space. I'm supportive of all bodies, genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, kinks, fetishes, and more. My approach is non-pathologizing, explorative, insight-oriented, and experiential. I often focus on the body - noticing what we are feeling, sensing, and experiencing in the present moment
Please feel free to reach out if you are feeling stuck in familiar cycles that are no longer serving you. It can be frustrating, but these patterns have kept you safe for so long. With therapy, you will gain compassion and understanding for these patterns, bringing them into the conscious mind allowing you to regain control and navigate your own life again.
