Welcome! It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and I hope I can be of service in your therapeutic journey. Prolonged stress and trauma causes us to disconnect from our authenticity in an effort to survive. Healing is rediscovering and coming back home to your authentic self. My commitment to you is that I will walk alongside you through this journey, meeting you where you are while providing a supportive and safe environment to allow for your vulnerability and authenticity to shine. My therapeutic approach is heavily relational and fosters curiosity and compassion towards distressing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Together, we will get beneath our familiar narratives and find the roots of our hurt and distress that keep us stuck in repetitive patterns so that they can be healed. This allows us to respond to our present environments with authentic intention rather than acting on an unconscious reaction that, while previously secured our safety, is no longer needed.
I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and empathetic space and encourage clients to embrace all aspects of their identity.
