Maybe you’re navigating relationship struggles, family conflict, anxiety, burnout, or a major life transition. I work with people who are ready to better understand themselves, their relationships, and what’s keeping them stuck. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, feel understood, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families virtually throughout Colorado, Utah, and Louisiana. My style is warm, honest, and collaborative and I’ll meet you where you are while also challenging you to look at the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck.
Therapy with me is a space where you can be honest about what’s really going on without feeling judged. I’m warm and empathetic, but I’m also willing to challenge you when it matters. We’ll look beyond the immediate problem to understand the patterns underneath it and work toward changes that actually feel meaningful and sustainable.
