I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families virtually throughout Colorado, Utah, and Louisiana, helping clients navigate relationship challenges, family conflict, substance use, anxiety, burnout, and major life transitions. My approach is both challenging and empathetic, helping you move forward and create meaningful change from within. I also provide clinical supervision for MFT and LPCC candidates, CAT and CAS candidates, and those pursuing LAC licensure.
I work with individuals, couples, and families facing separation, divorce, infidelity, substance use, recovery, and non-traditional relationships. Whether you're questioning your relationship with substances or rebuilding trust, I offer a direct, supportive, and nonjudgmental approach focused on lasting change.
