I enjoy working primarily with individuals, adolescents, and children and I have strong a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ clients. I can help treat a wide variety of presenting issues - most notably anxiety, grief, and trauma. I am passionate about helping others along their journey through growth and self-acceptance and don’t take my role in that process lightly.
My clinical approach in session is generally integrative and individualized to fit each clients specific needs & goals for therapy. I consider myself a strengths-based therapist which means that I focus heavily on identifying and highlighting a client’s individual & unique strengths, then use this knowledge to inform and help guide my approach to treatment.
I prioritize human connection and compassion, and believe that the therapeutic relationship has a special capacity to provide these crucial components in a truly unbiased and meaningful way. I very much look forward to working with you, and walking alongside you on your healing journey!
