My heart is to help equip women and teen girls who are hurting to live a life of growth, acceptance and, ultimately, healing. My passion is to help you identify destructive behaviors and grow in self-awareness, learn healthy ways of processing and communicating, establish healthy boundaries in your personal life and in relationships, grow in self-worth, and create stability in your life. I also love working with couples who could benefit from learning new communication and relational techniques. Every couple has difficulty along the way - I would love to walk alongside you and help guide you through relational healing.
I specialize in working with teen girls and women who deal with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-defeating thoughts, self-esteem issues, as well as trauma issues. I also work with couples, dating and married, who want to grow in insight and health. I do not offer anger management classes/evals or domestic violence assessments.
At the core of all of us is a set of beliefs that have been shaped and formed over time by experiences and words others have spoken into our lives. My desire is to help you discover faulty core beliefs that no longer serve you and walk you through the process of redefining these in a healthy way.
