I work with teens and adults who want life to feel a little easier, a little lighter, and a lot more themselves. Whether you’re trying to build healthier relationships, feel more confident, or just make sense of everything happening around (and inside) you, I’m here to support you.
A lot of the people I meet come in feeling judged, misunderstood, or like they’ve had to shrink parts of themselves to fit in. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to do that. You get to show up exactly as you are.
I help youth and adults. I serve clients in Washington and Oregon via telehealth and in person in Oregon.
My style is down to earth and collaborative. I use narrative therapy, DBT skills, and motivational interviewing—but honestly, the most important thing is that we figure out what actually works for you. Our sessions are a space where you can talk, explore, vent, question, laugh, or just breathe. Reaching out is hard, but you can do it.
I'm a trans masculine queer clinician who values authenticity, humor and showing up as a real person in the room. I know therapy hasn’t always felt helpful or safe for everyone, so I prioritize building trust at your pace. You deserve a space where you can feel supported, understood and not have to go through things alone.
