As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have 25 years of experience in providing psychotherapy as well as clinical evaluation/assessment for forensic, neuropsychological, or diagnostic needs. I know that one size does not fit all in mental health. My clients say they find me to be direct and compassionate with a good sense of humor. As a mother, wife, and veteran, I recognize that a good fit with a provider you feel comfortable with is vital for you to feel comfortable opening up about vulnerable topics. I enjoy a collaborative approach that recognizes we both have valuable life experience. Together, we can form a plan for change.
My specialties in psychotherapy include trauma, veteran/first responder issues, women's issues, sleep, women's issues, mindfulness/meditation, nutrition for mental health, and general practice. My evaluation specialties are forensic, neuropsychological, disabilities, and general diagnostic assessment. I do not provide ADHD evaluations for juveniles.
