I offer compassionate and empathetic support for adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating the challenges of, but not limited to: complex trauma, anxiety, depression, gender/identity, LGBTQIA2S experiences, substance use, political stress and life stress. In addition to supporting individuals, I also work with folks in traditional and other non-traditional (ENM, Polyamory, etc.) relationship dynamics.
I am certified in the World Professional Association for Transgender Health's Standards of Care 8.
Our work together can utilize art therapy and/or a talk-based approach, depending on your preference. In practice, I support the whole person as we work in collaboration to address all of your therapeutic needs from basic to more complex issues.

Art Therapy Supervision - Student or Professional
I am a Registered Art Therapist with Board Certification by the Art Therapy Credentialing Board. I am also certified by the State of New Mexico to provide supervision. This one-on-one supervision will be individual sessions for either art therapy students or profession art therapists navigating the clinical, ethical, and administrative aspects of the art therapy practice. The ideal candidate for one-on-one supervision will currently be in an art therapy student in a graduate program or a licensed art therapist who either has, or who is working to attain supervision hours for their ATR credentialing and Board Certification.
