As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my focus is on supporting adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I work to help clients understand how unprocessed experiences can shape behavior, personality, and identity, and I approach therapy with empathy, validation, and curiosity. My goal is to help clients recognize patterns that developed in response to stress or trauma and understand how those patterns once served a purpose.
I use a collaborative, trauma-informed approach that emphasizes building insight, emotional awareness, and coping flexibility. Drawing from skills-based therapeutic models, I help clients reframe unhelpful responses and develop strategies to connect, navigate challenges, and thrive in daily life.
My aim is to create a safe, authentic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to engage in meaningful change and practice skills they can carry beyond the therapy room.
