While I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety-related disorders and depression, I also incorporate elements of Mindfulness, Problem-Solving, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Gottman couples theory. In addition, I have been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) by the EMDR Institute. EMDR can provide an effective treatment synergy with CBT, especially for patients with trauma histories. My goal is to help you feel more hopeful, be happier, and be more in control of your life.
