My ideal client is someone who is motivated to live their best life; they may come to me feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, confused or simply aware that they want and/or need to make a change. Together, we will sort through what change needs to be made, what's getting in the way, what supports and resources are available, and we'll formulate goals to help track progress. In the process, we'll work to develop coping skills and strategies to support the process of change, while also identifying the old patterns that are no longer productive.
