My specialty is in cultivating healthy relationship dynamics, with self and others. I specialize in supporting parents and children with autism and other behavioral challenges, pre-teens/teens/adults with learning healthy emotional release and aligning with their authentic expression, and adults moving through life transitions such as divorce/break ups/and career transition who are learning to find themselves again and rebuild their lives.

I am currently accepting new clients for morning times only. I believe that trust is the cornerstone to a successful therapy relationship and that effective treatment balances both acceptance and change. I allow my clients time to warm up to both me and the treatment process. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for clients of all ages to address whatever challenges they may be facing and I do use humor when appropriate in session. I love meeting new clients and helping them reach their full potential.
