Hello and welcome. I am a licensed mental health counselor with 18 years of clinical experience. I provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Issues addressed include stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, as well as adjusting to difficult life situations.
I work together with my clients to brainstorm ideas for making improvements to the parts of life that have become overwhelming. I challenge thinking and behavioral patterns that are not working. My goal is to help people feel empowered and more confident in their ability to make self-directed changes.
